I’m Nadene, a.k.a the stylist, it’s so nice of you to join me.

An admiration of style was instilled in me from a young age. I recall watching my Mum turn printed patterns into pencil skirts effortlessly using pins, a tape measure and her sewing machine with smooth music playing in the background.

She taught me the value of always taking pride in your appearance and dressing well despite the occasion. A line she would always tell me and that I can hear to this day is ‘if anyone can’t say anything nice about you, at least they can say you always looked nice’.

Many nights of sleep were interrupted with her bursting in my room with a pair of boots that could match a shirt I owned and how I could polish off the look with a belt or piece of jewellery, a massive smile and laugh to finish it off.

The styling experience that was passed down to me was solidified in the Personal Styling Female course I undertook and qualified from at the London College of Style.

It’s a privilege to assist women with the advice I inherited. Seeing them feel confident after a styling service gives me immense joy knowing that I am making a real life impact.
